We need your Help!

As some of you may be aware, Vicki Turner beautiful wife of one of our regulars players Wayne, was diagnosed with with Multiple Myeloma around Christmas 2006. She due to have Chemo in March this year and our thoughts and best wishes are with her and her family throughout this time.
Vicki and Wayne have volunteered their time to organise a Trivia Night Fundraiser for the Myeloma Foundation. They provide Care nurses who help and support patients and their families who suffer from this disease like Vicki.

The purpose of the letter is to ask all our players and their families to come along and support this wonderful cause. If you can get together a table that would be great if not just let us know and we will put you with other members from our club if we can.

Doors open from 7pm with the trivia to start from 7.30
Cost $20 per head with tables of 8-10 people, with some nibblies to be served
Aiming for 15 tables so get in early!!

Rebels Night at the Dogs!

On tuesday 20th January we will be hosting " REBELS AT THE RACES" at Gosford Showground. This will be the last one of the Season so don't miss out!
We have over 100 junior & 60 seniors players registered so we should have a good crowd. The Junior season has not started, there is no training, the kids are on holidays and it will be a warm summers night, so there should be no excuse for players, family and friends not to come along. All money raised goes to the club, which we use to buy new uniforms, equipment and subsidise fees.
Tickets are only $5.00 per adult with kids under 16 free. Tickets will be on sale through members of the committee or the canteen at our next home game on Saturday 17th January or there will be someone in the greyhounds carpark before the races with a rebels hat selling tickets.
