1st Grade Rebels scored a come from behind win over a strong Indians side.
Justin Norman was superb on the mound in the early innings to hold the powerful Rebels line up and have the Indians with a 4 to 2 lead. He had to leave the mound due to an injury and Rebels bats took over with good hitting through the line up, including home runs to Matt " Young Gun" Smith & Nathan " all the girls love him" Young.
Dylan " Baggins" Lees started for Rebels and pitched well without much luck for 3 innings. Ben "out all night" Ardrey relieved him and showed he has lost none of his pace in the off season, throwing a solid 5 innings of work to dominate the Indians batters. Rebels had caught and over taking Indians when bad light stopped play in the 8th inning with Rebels ahead 15 runs to 4.
