Silly Mistakes Cost Both 5th Grade Teams.

5th Grade Royals.
A bit of an improvement on last week. Good batting from some but we still need to improve it overall. Fielding is improving and the Mohawks only found a few gaps with a handful of hits winning 11-3, good catches to Keith Wilson & Des Ho.
Next week’s rest will see us back to form for the home game against Rebels.
Our base running is getting better with only a couple of errors & not from the new players.

5th Grade Rebels.
Rebels started the game poorly but finished strong to go down to the Wooducks 13-4.
In the first inning's the Rebels gave up 11 runs, you can't give up that sort of start and expect to be competitive.The talking point of the game was a brilliant double play from our 2nd base women Cassie "did I catch that" Moore.
