5th grade Royals had their first loss of the season going down to the experienced Wooducks 8-7. Once again Russell Sheaves and Wayne Turner shared the duties on the mound, ably backed up by their field that even turned a double play.
Great first up performances for the club from Jack Denny, Cindel Harvey, Keith Wilson and Cathy Walker.
Hits were recorded by Des Ho, Jack Denny, Darren Kellard (2), Russell Sheaves (2) and Keith Wilson (2).
